We’re riding on Thursday night in Eastern Market at 6 p.m. and Friday night in Bethesda at 6 p.m. https://forms.gle/YAdsEQbKSpZABg2Y7 Note that the red line is under construction, and busses replace trains to Bethesda until September.

Goalball

· Come to Goalball on July 18th from 10 AM to 1 PM at 1480 Girard St. NW, DC.

Camping

· MWABA is going camping! We are heading to Prince William Forest for a two-night trip from Friday, August 28 through Sunday, August 30, and we want as many of you there as possible. Prince William Forest is a beautiful national park about 45 minutes south of DC, with over 15,000 acres of forested trails, creeks, and wildlife to explore. We will handle meals together as a group, and everyone will pitch in with a task or two over the weekend to keep things running smoothly. No camping experience necessary, and if you don’t have gear, don’t worry about it. Guide dogs are welcome on this trip. We will be departing from Franconia-Springfield Metro station on Friday, August 28 at 11 AM. Sign up by July 28th to secure your spot, and stay tuned for more details as the trip gets closer.

Book Club

· Sign up to read an interesting novel and discuss it with your fellow MWABA athletes while enjoying your favorite libation.

o Novel (Available on BARD): This is How It Always Is, By Laurie Frankel
