Spring Social on May 16th

MWABA Youth Club Registration

· Our next Youth Club event will be a self-defense workshop and is scheduled for Saturday, May 16 from 10:00-11:30 at the Rita Bright Family and Youth Center. A reminder that it’s not too late to spread the word and sign up for our 2026 Youth Club. Open to blind and visually impaired youth ages 6-18 from DC, MD, and VA. Goalball

· Come to Goalball on May 16th from 10 AM to 1 PM at 1480 Girard St. NW, DC.

Tandem Rides

· Sign up by Tuesday at 8 p.m. for our 6 p.m. rides on Thursday night in Eastern Market and Friday night in Bethesda, and for our Sunday morning Eastern Market ride! https://forms.gle/YAdsEQbKSpZABg2Y7

Bethesda Bike to Work Day

Yoga

Bike Jerseys

· MWABA is ordering a new batch of “Tandemonium” Bike Jerseys! Sign up here to place an order: mwaba.inc if you’d like to try on the fit kit. The jersey is yellow and light orange, with the blue, red, and white MWABA logo on the front. The back has pink cherry blossoms, says "Join the TANDEMONIUM at gomwaba.org!" and has the Terrapin bike store logo. The sleeves have tandems on them and the sides say gomwaba.org. Short-sleeve jerseys will probably cost between $45-$55, and long-sleeve jerseys will probably cost between $55-$65. Jerseys are available in men’s and women’s fits, and in sizes from XS-4XL.
