Tandem Biking

· Sign up by Wednesday night for our December 13th tandem ride, which will meet in Bethesda at 3:30 p.m., and we’ll bike to the Mormon Temple Festival of Lights. https://forms.gle/qR8Gxh4kCdhvUpak9 There are route options between 10 and 24 miles.

Goalball

· Come to Goalball on December 13th from 10 AM to 1 PM at 1480 Girard St. NW, DC.

· Catalyst Sports hosts monthly adaptive indoor rock climbing clinics on Sundays from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Upcoming clinics are on December 14th, January 25th, and February 22nd at SportRock Alexandria; and January 11th and February 8th at SportRock Rio in Gaithersburg.
