Mary Flood
is trying to get a group of MWABA members and MWABA wannabes (maybe) together to go to a Nationals game. They are playing the KC Royals on Tuesday, September 24 at 6:45 PM.
If you are interested but don’t want to pay a fortune, you can go on the MLB tickets website and click on Tuesday Deals and Steals. Then just scroll to the game on the 24th and decide how many you want. Mary is sitting in Section 236, so if youwant to try to sit in the same section at least, that’s where you would want to be.
Make sure you look at the list of policies of the park before you go if you’ve never been there. They seem pretty strict with what they allow you to take in and the sizes it has to be.
If you have any questions, email
Mary at camflood1@cox.net.

We need more tandem captains for the “special event” bike rides coming up this fall! These rides include the Ride for the Reserve on September 15, the 50 States Ride on September 21, the Pumpkin Ride on October 26 and the Cider Ride on November 2. If you’re interested doing any of these rides — as a captain or stoker — please sign up here:
